Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek

So, we went to Disney trip in January, 2011. The weather was beautiful, kids loved the parks and the place we stayed was great, except for one. Customer service, or I should say "timeshare sale". Yeah every timeshare places try to tell you the units one or the other. They use something like free Disney tickets, air plane ticket, or even free nights and so on, as it is an  optional choice.

"Resort Management, Resort Management at Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek, responded to this review
We are so glad that you enjoyed your vacation! I apologize that your experience during the optional time-share presentation was not satisfactory, and we hope that it did not interfere with your vacation, as it is an optional choice. "

Somehow they tricked my husband to sign up the free breakfast. We decided not to go, how can we take such a nice offer. I was raised to take anything free. Anyway, I went to the CUSTOMER SERVICE counter where we are supposed to get some kind of help.
"I need to cancel this FREE breakfast meeting"
"OK, then when do you want to reschedule it to?"
"I do not want to reschedule it"
"But you will stay till Saturday"
"I am not sure when we will be able to come"
"Then I will call you EVERYDAY to see when you can come"
"Is this mandatory?"
"No, but you have to give us the feedback in this meeting"
"If so I can give feedback on-line, if you give me an address"
You have to see her face at that moment
"This does not work that way"
After several conversations like that, she pretty much treat me like dog and said "You done, you go now" Let us review the case, I am the customer here!!!!
Before I got the room, this customer service girl called my husband and said something. Not sure what happened, but her supervisor called him and put us into uncalled list.

Then this is what they have to say about this.

"I appologize for your poor experience with the Customer Service Agent, and I hope that the issue at hand was resolved. The offer that you are referring to is not directly managed by the Resort, and seems that it may have been a seperate offer through an affiliate. Ultimately, please accept our appologies for that experience."

I say I am sorry, but it was not our fault, that was a seperate offer through an affiliate., hmm I feel a lot better!!!
